I became an Independent Appraiser in 1996 after beginning my appraisal career in 1984 with Diversified Realty Appraisal in Newport Beach, CA. I am actively engaged in the real estate appraisal profession to this day.  I formed Appraisal Pacific in 1999 along with my brother, Ted P. Douglas, MAI. We incorporated in 2002.

 

CAPABILITIES

I have appraised a wide variety of commercial, industrial, residential, special purpose properties and high-rise office buldings that range in value from $300,000 to $30,000,000.
